Judicial Record · Definitive Rulings

Definitive rulings & convictions

This page indexes only judicially confirmed outcomes: published court judgments, convictions, sentences and active arrest warrants connected to the Fadi Khalil dossier. Every entry links directly to its primary source — the official court database or the original local police / judicial report. Allegations, ongoing investigations and press reporting are tracked separately on the News and Investigation Report pages.

Inclusion criteria. An entry only appears on this page if it is supported by an official, externally verifiable judicial source: a published ruling on a national court database (e.g. Rechtspraak.nl), a published warrant executed by a national police force, or an officially issued sentence. Where the judicial subject is identified by year of birth or profile rather than by full name (which is standard in Dutch published rulings), this is noted explicitly.

No allegations on this page. Claims, testimonies, media reports and ongoing prosecutorial demands are not listed here even when they are credible and well sourced — they belong on the News and Investigation pages. This page exists specifically as the hard judicial record.
