Why we built this platform
We are an independent collective of investigative journalists. This platform exists for one single reason: to stop Fadi Khalil — and to make sure he is finally held accountable for the devastation he has caused to thousands of victims across the world.
Why this platform exists
Over the years, the number of people harmed by Fadi Khalil has grown into the thousands. The combined financial damage documented to date is in excess of €70 million — and that is only the portion that has been reported, verified or pieced together from public records, victim testimony, on-chain data and leaked documentation. The real figure is almost certainly higher.
These are not abstract numbers. Behind every entry in our dossier is a person: a retail investor who put in their savings, a family that lost a home, a small business that collapsed after backing one of his ventures, a young investor pulled in by celebrity endorsements and luxury marketing. The amounts Fadi Khalil has taken from ordinary people are extreme, the patterns are repeating, and new projects continue to be launched under new names and new aliases.
We set up this platform because we believe enough is enough. We want this to stop. We want Fadi Khalil to be put behind closed doors — prosecuted, convicted and removed from the ability to victimise anyone else, ever again. So that this chapter is permanently closed and no further victims are added to a list that is already far too long.
With thousands of people already involved, and damages of this magnitude, the case for decisive action is overwhelming. That is the entire reason this site was built — to consolidate evidence, support victims, coordinate with authorities and apply sustained public pressure until justice is served.
Who we are
We are anonymous investigative journalists. We operate independently. We are not affiliated with any political party, broadcaster, exchange, law firm or law-enforcement agency. Our anonymity is a deliberate operational choice — it protects our sources, our families and the integrity of the investigation against retaliation from a subject who has demonstrated the means and the willingness to pursue those who expose him.
Our role is narrowly defined: we receive information, verify it, expose it, and share it with the relevant authorities. We do not engage in vigilante action, we do not solicit funds for legal proceedings, and we do not represent victims in court. What we do is document, publish, and ensure that prosecutors, regulators and police services across multiple jurisdictions have a single consolidated body of evidence to act upon.
Our objective
- Get Fadi Khalil behind bars through coordinated criminal proceedings in the jurisdictions where his victims reside and where his entities have operated.
- Stop him from launching any further projects — crypto tokens, apps, entertainment shell companies or otherwise — that have repeatedly been used to extract money from new victims.
- End the financial harm: no more savings extracted, no more families ruined, no more pump-and-dump cycles built around his name or his aliases (including Mrchapten).
- Preserve the record: ensure that the full scale of what has happened — the documented €70 million+ in known losses, the network of associates, the cross-border structures — is permanently public, indexed, and accessible to future investigators and victims.
How to contact us — and how we will (never) contact you
No telephone contact
It is not possible to reach us by phone. We do not operate a call centre, hotline or WhatsApp line. This is a deliberate security measure to protect the confidentiality of our sources and the privacy of the personal data submitted to this investigation. Voice channels cannot be authenticated, cannot be properly logged, and expose victims to impersonation and social-engineering attacks.
Email only
All contact takes place exclusively in writing, by email, via the secure submission forms on this platform. This guarantees that every interaction is verifiable, traceable and stored under the same protective regime as the rest of the evidence dossier. Submitted information is only ever shared with the relevant authorities — never with third parties.
We will never call you. We will never ask you for money.
We do not contact people out of the blue. We do not phone victims. We do not request payments, deposits, "processing fees", "release fees", recovery costs or any other form of transfer. Anyone who calls you claiming to represent this platform and asks for money is an impostor — hang up and report it.
The investigation is now fully financed by a single committed investor, so we no longer ask the public for money and have closed donations. You can read the full funding announcement on the funding update page, where we also thank everyone who donated in the past to keep this work alive.
For those who want to be contacted
Victims, witnesses, insiders and journalists who request follow-up will only ever be approached by email, from a verifiable address used by this platform — and only after you have first reached out to us. We will never initiate contact through any other channel.
How your information is protected
All evidence, testimony and personal information submitted through this platform is held under strict confidentiality. Material is reviewed, catalogued and — where relevant — shared only with the appropriate prosecutorial and regulatory authorities (including FIOD, national police services, financial regulators and international counterparts).
No personal data is sold, traded, displayed publicly without consent, or shared with media outlets without the prior agreement of the individual concerned. Anonymous submissions are actively supported and protected. The integrity and security of source material is non-negotiable — it is the foundation on which any future criminal case will rest, and we treat it accordingly.
A word to the victims
You are not alone, and you are not to blame. The schemes operated under and around Fadi Khalil were designed by experienced operators to look legitimate, to be promoted by trusted public figures, and to exploit the normal trust people place in regulated-looking investments. Falling for that is not a personal failure — it is the entire point of the model. This platform exists to give that experience a coordinated, documented and lasting response, and to ensure the person responsible is finally stopped.
